About WIRES
The WIRES project aims to empower women in rural areas of Germany, France, and Spain by providing entrepreneurial training, focusing on those with fewer opportunities due to geographical and socio-economic challenges.
Aligned with the priorities of Inclusion and Diversity, upskilling, reskilling, and promoting lifelong learning, WIRES seeks to enhance entrepreneurial and digital skills while addressing mental well-being and work-life balance for rural women.
Women Inspiring Rural Entrepreneurship and Sustainability

1st Objective
Fostering entrepreneurial skills among women in rural areas.
To this end, we conduct tailored training programs in the fields of business planning, financial literacy, and digital marketing.
2nd Objective
Strengthening the digital skills of rural women through targeted training in e-commerce and online marketing.
This enables access to new markets and expands the reach of their entrepreneurial activities.
3rd Objective
Development of tailored stress management strategies for entrepreneurial challenges.
To this end, we offer workshops and materials specifically addressing the psychological strain and mental health of women entrepreneurs.
4th Objective
Promoting networking opportunities to support business growth.
This is achieved through joint training for professional staff and multiplier events that bring together rural entrepreneurs with successful businesswomen.
People and culture
Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.
We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
